# What is "Autorización de Regreso"?

Due to the process time of immigration is long in Spain. If you wish to return to Spain after your NIE card is expired, you have to book this appointment. Without this permit, you are not allowed to re-enter Spain.

# Documents (Original and Copy)

1. Book an appointment online

2. Two copies of form EX-13, download link is below.

3. Passport, and its photo copy.

4. If you are in the process of renovation of your current NIE card, bring the EX-00 form with the police stamp on it.

5. Photo copy of your flight ticket.

6. Tasa 790 code 012 (not 052). Pay this at a bank.

# How to return to Spain

After you have get the "Regreso" paper, you have to fly back to European Union and present your expired card and this paper when passing the border control. Recommend to enter Spain by plane directly as this paper may not be recognized by other EU country.

# ¿Qué es la autorización de regreso?

Se trata de autorizar la salida y el posterior retorno al territorio nacional al extranjero cuya autorización de residencia o estancia se encuentre en periodo de renovación o prórroga.

# DOCUMENTACIÓN A PRESENTAR (original y copia) ：

1.Justificante de la Cita con tipo de Autorización de regreso.

2. Impreso de solicitud en modelo oficial (EX-13) por duplicado, debidamente cumplimentado y firmado por el extranjero. Dicho formulario lo puedes descargar aquí.

3. Copia del pasaporte completo o cédula de inscripción y título de viaje en vigor.

4. Copia de la solicitud de renovación (la tabla sellado EX-00) o prórroga de la autorización o de la tarjeta de identidad de extranjero, o resguardo acreditativo de su presentación.

5. Fotocopia de Billete de avión

6.Tasa 790, código 012 (que le será facilitada en la oficina), con un importe de:10,30 euros.
